Mrs. Chrzan
My name is Beth Chrzan and I have the awesome job of working with my favorite age group--grades 3, 4, and 5--at First Lutheran School, Burbank. I am a native of North Tonawanda, NY, and a graduate of Concordia University, NE, where I received a B.S. in Elementary Education with an emphasis in music.
For 30 years I have been teaching in Lutheran schools with classroom experience in grades K-6 as well as teaching school music. During the summer months I enjoy interacting with children as the summer camp director. One of my greatest blessings is to greet former students who return for a visit, and to work alongside some very talented alumni who have given back in the areas of education, music, technology, summer camp counseling, and special work days. My former students are my heroes, for they have motivated and challenged me to do my best.
First Lutheran has given me the opportunity to work with wonderful colleagues and bright young children in a loving, Christian atmosphere. Every day I am privileged to be part of a learning environment where children are challenged and guided toward achieving their academic potential, as well as solidly growing up in the knowledge of the Lord.
My desire is for our students to walk closely with their Savior Jesus Christ, and be prepared for a life of service to God and to the world.
