To Enroll
Come in and pick up an application or download it here and print it off. Send these along with the testing fee to First Lutheran School. Upon receipt of application and testing fee, an appointment for testing will be scheduled. Copies of past report cards and SAT results should be brought with students entering the second through the fifth grade at the time of testing. After testing and a conference with the Principal, parents will be notified of acceptance or non-acceptance. Upon acceptance at First Lutheran, the registration fee will be due. The payment of registration fee will secure the child's spot in their class. In the event that a class is full, a waiting list will be established and students will be notified, as openings become available. The completion of emergency information forms, copies of his/her birth certificate and health/immunization verification are also required for enrollment.
